POSTAGE & DELIVERY

 

Delivery All orders will be charged at £3.95 within mainland UK. All orders are shipped via First Class Royal Mail. Let us know if you wish to use a separate delivery address to your home. Our aim is to deliver within three working days of receiving funds. We ask that you allow up to ten days for items to be delivered, as we cannot guarantee factors outside our control. Occasionally items are out of stock - if this is the case we will contact you with an expected delivery of your goods.

 

Overseas delivery Western Europe: £8.95 up to 2Kg Rest of the World: £14.95 up to 2Kg.

For larger orders please email: cornishclothing@gmail.com for a quote. Some International orders may incur import duties and/or customs charges. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

RETURNS

 

All orders are despatched with details of how to return any unwanted items. Please follow these instructions and fill in all parts of the form. We recommend you use Proof of Posting service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that do not make it back to us. Return postage costs will only be refunded on faulty goods or items sent in error. In all other instances the customer will be liable for the cost of returning unwanted items.
